THE HISTORY The Golf de Castres Gourjade is a 9-hole golf course designed by Yves BUREAU. Open since 1992, it is located in the heart of the Parc de Gourjade and only a few minutes from the city center of Castres. This magnificent site is dominated by an old water tower, symbol of the Castres club. The atmosphere of this golf course is courteous, relaxed and warm. Beginners or confirmed amateurs can spend pleasant sporting moments in a beautiful green space. On the 9-hole golf course, some greens will give players a hard time. Especially at hole number 4 where a river flows (the Agout) to the delight/unhappiness of some golfers. Quite technical with vast greens, it will allow all players to train and progress. And during your sports wanderings, don't be surprised to come across the squirrels in the park who sometimes admire the eagles and birdies.
