POWERS
Many local products come from the Monts de Lacaunes, in particular foie gras , pâtés, rillettes and ham.
The honey is made using bees from the Domain's hives.
ALCOHOLS
All the wines come from the vineyards of Occitanie (Gaillac, Minervois Cabardès , …).
Beers “made in Tarn” and whiskey from the Montagne Noire.
TEXTILES
The textile industry is very present in this region, you will even find some beautiful tea towels and towels made from regional fabrics from the Montagne Noire.
PASTEL
Wealth from the Lauraguais plains to the gates of Castres: soap, oil, cream, candles as well as pastel-dyed clothes in the Tarn.
