The Irish pub the Quay was created in 2001 in Castres, then enlarged in 2004. The idea of the pub was conceived thanks to the passion and love of Whisky, both Scottish and Irish.
After a few years of opening, Frédéric Cabrera traveled to Ireland, and visited the unusual places of the Capital to the most beautiful Irish pubs. This trip allowed him to perfect the pub and implement the traditional services: counter service, Guinness service or simply the soul of the pub.
Indeed, the Quay pub is a true traditional Irish pub. Its decoration: a mixture of wood, antiques, fishing tackle, gives a very warm and friendly character to the Pub.
Authenticity is also in force, since Guinness is served under pressure in the rules of the art, respecting the indications of Guinness as in Dublin:
The Quay Irish pub team welcomes you from Monday to Saturday, from 4 p.m., to come and taste our many prestigious beers, Irish cider on tap and Whiskeys that will make you travel.
